  • Washington State's Centers for Independent Living provide peer support, information and referral, skills training and advocacy to persons with disabilities.
  • Serve Washington promotes volunteerism and civic engagement in communities across the state. It includes a section on senior volunteer programs including RSVP, Senior Companions, and Foster Grandparents.
  • Encore.org - Second Acts for the Greater Good is a nonprofit organization working to tap the skills and experience of those in midlife and beyond to improve communities and the world. Previously known as Civic Ventures.
